These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the services provided by Lukas Franz Design (“I”, “me”, “my”).

I provide services in the fields of UX/UI design, digital product design, strategy, innovation consulting, and related design services.
All services are provided on a project or contractual basis as agreed upon individually with each client.

3. Project Engagement & Services

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each project are defined in a written agreement, proposal, or email confirmation prior to the start of work.

Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and adjusted timelines.

4. Payments & Refunds

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All design concepts, drafts, and materials remain my intellectual property until full payment is received

  • Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights for the final deliverables

  • I retain the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and self-promotion purposes, unless explicitly agreed otherwise

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project

  • Deliver feedback and approvals in a timely manner

  • Ensure they have the rights to all materials provided to me (text, images, data, etc.)

7. Revisions & Feedback

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the project agreement.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Issues arising from third-party services, platforms, or tools

The use of this website and delivered work is at your own risk.9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
